About Reed Exhibitions Alcantara Machado
Set up in April, 2007, Reed Exhibitions Alcantara Machado is the result of a joint venture between the world’s largest trade fair promoter - Reed Exhibitions, which has been in Brazil since 1997 - and the largest trade fair promoter in Latin America - Alcantara Machado Feiras de Negócios, founded in 1956 and whose first events were the MECHANICS Trade Fair, in 1959, and the AUTOMOBILE SALOON, in 1960.
The partnership started in 2006, with the FEICON BATIMAT (International Construction Industry Trade Fair), which was followed by ISC BRASIL (International Security Conference and Exposition) and SISP (São Paulo Real Estate Trade Show).
With its headquarter in São Paulo, Reed Exhibitions Alcantara Machado counts with the collaboration of 140 employees and organizes more than 30 business trade fairs in Brazil, in the most diverse industry segments. One of the promoter’s objectives is to provide the exhibitors and its customers the opportunity of increasing their business, by bringing international events to Brazil and making new partnerships.
